So last week I finished my sketch book, but I didn't havce time to blog about it. I'm fitting it in now! So the process of making a sketch book, or any kind of book, is to first cut out 40 8" by 10" pieces of white paper, then you fold them all in half and put four of them together taco style, one inside the other, to make a signature, you should have 10 signatures, next sew the signatures together and then put wood glue along the binding of the pages of your book, put clamps on the end and let it dry for 3 hours. When thats dry get some old cardboard and cut it out to act as a cover back and binding for the book then lay it all out and put clear packing tape on it binding the three pieces, front back and side-binding-, together.then take what would be the first page of your book and tape it to the inside of the cover, holding it together, and repeat with the back. When all that is done you have your book!!
